Toboggan, or Not Toboggan

The students in Paul Geary's advisory found out exactly what "toboggan" means: sitting upon a flimsy piece of foam board and hurling down a snow-covered hill with reckless abandon and total disregard for preservation of life laughing all the way.  Now if we could only figure out what "bells on bobtails" mean.
