Everything seems to be working fine; leave it as is.
No favorites--take out any holidays that have to do with religious beliefs.
Depending on school population, certain holidays should be added to the calendar.
Be fair--add all major religious holidays to the calendar.
Who cares--More holidays would be great!



Woodland Prevails Over Watertown

On Tuesday, May 12, the Woodland Girls Tennis team defeated Watertown with a score of 6-1.

For the singles, Stephanie Badale defeated Erin Pecka with a score of 8-2. Megan Wester defeated Helena Bartolomeo with a score of 8-3. Meghan Fogarty of Watertown defeated Carly Winterhalder with a score of 8-2. Lauren Tremaglio defeated Mehan LaPorta with a score of 8-4.

For the doubles, Sam Angeloszek and Erika Barnett defeated Molly Griffin and Shauna Rafferty with a score of 8-3. Jill Pagoni and Christina Genz defeated Nicolette Marcal and Emily Smith with a score of 8-0. Kathryn Broderick and Angela Vallillo defeated Alyssa Mucciaro and Kate Wilbur with a score of 8-6.

Up next for the Hawks is a home meet againest Ansonia on Thursday, May 14.
